17th September 2008 a pair of osprey watched by Barbara and David Guthrie of West Sussex. Seen from the river footpath at Waldringfield and thought to be an adult teaching a juvenile to fish.
During the early hours of Saturday 16th May 2009, Ged watched a family of six otters at play and fishing on the waters edge at Quayside. He could have woke me!
