  • Luxuriously fitted kitchen/dining:  oven, microwave/oven, induction hob, American fridge/freezer with ice maker and dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine, filtered water and instant boiled water on tap (no need for kettle)
  • High ceiling to lounge with double doors leading onto sun patio and barbeque area

Changeover times: 

Arrival - 3.00pm (first day)

Departure - 10.00am (last day)

  • Bedding and towels are included.
  • BBQ and patio heater available for £25.00 per week (please ensure BBQ is cleaned after use)
  • Bicycles are available for hire - no liability accepted (one man and one lady's Raleigh bicycles - new 2009 - £25.00 per week)

Any breakages must be notified and will be charged.

A refundable damages deposit of £300.00 will be charged with each booking in addition to the rental charge.  This will be refunded within 10 days of vacating if there are no breakages or damage.

The property should be left in the order it is found upon arrival.

Booking Conditions

  1. Booking guests must be aged 21 or over.
  2. Accommodation is available for weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday and prices are inclusive of electricity, bedding and towels.
  3. A non-refundable booking deposit of £200.00 per week is required to secure your holiday.  The owners will acknowledge receipt of the same in writing.
  4. Balances are payable a minimum of six weeks prior to arrival (or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of start date) and will be acknowledged in writing, along with more detailed information and directions.  Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation.
  5. Cancellations made within six weeks of the due start date are charged at 100% of the holiday cost and so holiday cancellation insurance is recommended.
  6. Accommodation is available no earlier than 3pm on arrival date (to allow thorough preparation for each guest's holiday); and accommodation should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
  7. Minimum age of children is 10 years.
  8. Pets and smoking are not allowed on the premises.
  9. The owners will thoroughly clean and inspect the accommodation prior to guests' arrival.  However, if defects are found by guests they should be reported to the owners at the earliest possible time.
  10. The owners have the right to reasonable access of the premises of the property during the guests' stay.
  11. Overnight accommodation is restricted to those named on the booking form.
  12. The owners reserve the right to terminate the agreement without refund of money if the behaviour of any guest is considered unacceptable (e.g. noise and nuisance, general conduct).
  13. The owners shall not be liable for any death or personal injury, damage or loss caused to guests or their property, unless proven to result from the negligence of the owners.  The owners shall not be liable for any effect on guests caused by circumstances beyond the control of the owners (force majeure).  By way of example, force majeure includes fire, flood and exceptional weather conditions.
  14. Complaints must be made to the owners during the guests' stay and can only be dealt with during this time.
  15. Guests are asked to leave the property, furniture and effects in clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday.  Damage caused to property, furniture and effects during guests' stay will be charged to the guests.
  16. If the property shall come unavailable for any reason, the owners shall refund to the guests the full amount paid.  The owners' liability is limited to the refund of such monies.
  17. £300.00 damage deposit is payable and will be refunded within 10 days of departure if there are no breakages or damage.
