At Quayside we have our own quay from where you are welcome to fish, plus 8' fibreglass dinghy which is often available to guests, subject to Condition 10. of our Booking Conditions.  

Fishermen will enjoy the best fishing here during the summer for sea bass and mullet. In winter the Deben will have whiting, codling and flounder.

For fishing supplies and bait:  Stuart's Guns & Tackle, 3A & B Wilford Bridge Road, Melton, Woodbridge, IP12 1DG, telephone 01394 385 567.  Bait orders may require 3-4 days' notice.

You do not require a fishing licence to fish here at Quayside.  However, you may need a licence if you intend to visit other locations during your stay.
