Thank you for considering your holiday at Quayside. We hope to welcome you and are sure you will have an enjoyable stay.

For your peace of mind and ours, we ask that you take a few minutes to read the following conditions that apply to your booking. Please do read before returning your Booking Form and deposit.

Ged & Donna Morgan (the Owners)

1. Booking Guests must be aged 21 or over.

2. Accommodation is available for weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday and prices are inclusive of electricity, bedding, towels and ‘welcome’ pack.

3. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required to secure bookings. The Owners will acknowledge receipt of the same in writing.

4. Balances are payable a minimum of six weeks prior to arrival (or immediately if booking made within six weeks of start date) and will be acknowledged in writing, along with more detailed arrival information and directions. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation.

5. Cancellations made within six weeks of the due start date are charged at 100% of the holiday cost and so holiday cancellation insurance is recommended.

6. Accommodation is available no earlier than 3pm on arrival date (to allow a thorough preparation for each Guest’s holiday); and accommodation should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

7. Pets are not allowed on the premises, and no smoking in the accommodation.

8. The Owners will thoroughly clean and inspect the accommodation prior to Guests’ arrival. However, if defects are found by Guests they should be reported to the Owners at the earliest possible time.

9. The Owners have the right to reasonable access of the property during the Guests’ stay.

10. Guests are welcome to entertain company at Quayside, but overnight accommodation is restricted to those named on the Booking Form.

11. The Owners reserve the right to terminate the agreement without refund of money if the behaviour of any Guest is considered unacceptable (e.g. noise and nuisance; general conduct).

12. The Owners shall not be liable for any death or personal injury, damage or loss caused to Guests or their property, unless proven to result from the negligence of the Owners. The Owners shall not be liable for any effect on Guests caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Owners (force majeure). By way of example, force majeure includes fire, flood and exceptional weather conditions.

13. Complaints must be made to the Owners during the Guest’ stay and can only be dealt with during this time.

14. Guests are asked to leave the property, furniture and effects in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday. Damage caused to property, furniture and effects during Guests’ stay will be charged to the Guests.

15. If the property shall become unavailable for any reason, the Owners shall refund to the Guests the full amount paid. The Owners’ liability is limited to the refund of such monies.
