Thank you for considering Quayside as your holiday base.  For your peace of mind and ours, we ask that you take a few minutes to read our Access Statement and Booking Conditions. It is important that you read and understand these conditions before returning your Booking Form and deposit.

Thank you, Ged & Donna Morgan (the Owners)

3. A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per week is required to secure bookings.

4. Balances are payable a minimum of six weeks prior to arrival (or immediately if booking made within six weeks of start date). Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation.

7. Pets are not allowed on the premises and there is no smoking in the accommodation.

8. The Owners will thoroughly clean and inspect the accommodation prior to Guests’ arrival. However, if defects are found by Guests, please report these to the Owners at the earliest possible time.

9. The Owners have the right to reasonable access of the property during the Guests’ stay.

10. Facilities at Quayside are solely for the use of Guests and the Owners.  At the discretion of the Owners, Guests may be invited to use various small boats, subject to availability and obtaining prior permission of the Owners, on the strict understanding that Guests do so completely at their own risk.

11. The Owners reserve the right to terminate the agreement without refund of money if (i) the behaviour of any Guest is regarded as inconsiderate or inappropriate; (ii) the accommodation is deemed to be unsuitable due to special requirements that have not been requested to the Owners prior to booking.  Please read our Access Statement before booking to ensure suitability and awareness of our levels of access for those with a particular access requirement.  Click here to view our Access Statement

12. The Owners shall not be liable for any death or personal injury, damage or loss caused to Guests or their property, unless proven to result from the negligence of the Owners. The Owners shall not be liable for any effect on Guests caused by circumstances beyond the control of the Owners (force majeure). By way of example, force majeure includes fire, flood and exceptional weather conditions.

13. Complaints must be made to the Owners during Guests’ stay and can only be dealt with during this time.

14. Guests are asked to leave the property, furniture and effects in a clean and tidy condition at the end of their holiday. Guests will be charged for damage caused during their stay.

15. If the property shall become unavailable for any reason, the Owners shall refund to the Guests the full amount paid. The Owners’ liability is limited to the refund of such monies.
