Set on the banks of the beautiful River Deben, this special setting deserves accommodation to match, and so we have worked to establish an environment in which the discerning can enjoy quality comfort and the creative can be inspired. Whichever property you choose, guests enjoy waterfront views and access to fish and secure a small boat. Parking and bicycle store are within the private driveway (electric gate providing added security). The cost of your holiday is inclusive of electricity, bedding, towels, and a generous welcome pack which includes fresh supplies of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. We want your arrival to be a welcome homecoming, and so soft lighting will be on and heating too (if necessary). Fresh flowers and welcome gift, plus a few other little touches that we hope you’ll appreciate. Your bed will be made and towels hung. And where groceries have been ordered, all will be stocked in your kitchen. All we wish you to do is unpack your clothes, display favourite toiletries, and start your holiday.
